NC PHA Now Accepting Abstracts for Annual Conference September 30 - October 2, 2009
"A Century of Public Health Service & Leadership Honoring the Past – Investing in the Future”
This is the 100th anniversary of the first organizational meeting of the North Carolina Public Health Association, which was convened by a group of county medical directors in 1909. We return to Asheville to honor our achievements in public health, as we learn from the past, and look toward to the future. For the 2009 meeting, NCPHA is offering educational sessions on public health topics initiated by the NCPHA participants. Topics for a panel, group, or individual presentation (oral or poster) maybe submitted based on the overarching categories below.
