Presenting: Healthy Aging 101
Provided by the Western Partnership for Public Health and Western Carolina University
The Western Partnership for Public Health, in collaboration with Western Carolina University will be offering two 1/2 day trainings entitled Healthy Aging 101.
Key topics discussed will be:
- Healthy & Integrative Aging
- Preventing Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia
- Cultural Consideration of Aging in Mountain Cultures
- Fall Prevention
When? Two 1/2 day trainings will be held on April 27th in Asheville, and April 28th in Franklin. More details to come soon.
Who should attend? Public Health Educators, Nurses, Social Workers and other relevant staff are encouraged to attend.
