Carolina Community Network provides
COLORECTAL CANCER AWARENESS TOOLKIT
FROM LETTER: " In an effort to increase the public's awareness of the second leading cause of cancer death among men and women, the Carolina Community Network (CCN) Cancer Awareness Workgroup has developed a Colorectal Cancer Awareness Toolkit. The toolkit combines resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Cancer Institute and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. During March, in recognition of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, it is our hope that community agencies and organizations will join us in using the toolkit to implement a colorectal cancer awareness campaign."
